TESTIMONIALS

Responsibility – “I now feel empowered by the group. Our Co-operative members meetings have shifted from being run by one board member to having a team contributing and taking on responsibility for the meeting. Sociocracy works and the community is becoming strong!”   Tony Hester, Site Manager, Narara Ecovillage, NSW, Australia

Cooperation – “Sociocracy allows us to get things done while engaging and involving everyone in a positive way. People come to meetings more prepared and more informed, which saves a lot of time.”  Hope V. Horton, Hart’s Mill Ecovillage, Efland, North Carolina, USA

Trust – “Sociocracy has allowed us to have open-hearted conversations about emotionally-laden topics and develop policies we were not able to handle before.
