NDIS Transition Assistance Funding

February 13th, 2020

The WA BLCW Program recently visited Co-operation Housing to bring the news that we were successful in obtaining NDIS Transition Assistance Funding.

Co-operation Housing became a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation Provider in 2019.  We applied for NDIS Transition Assistance Funding to help us transition to the NDIS market and grow our businesses in this area.

The WA BLCW Program recently commenced Direct Contact Sessions for those recipients who were successful in obtaining Transition Assistance Funding.

The team was very pleased to meet with Eugenie Stockmann from Co-Operation Housing to pass on the news and wish our organisation well as we continue to provide quality accommodation services to our local community.  The WA BLCW Program team will support us through this process.

Co-operation Housing became a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation Provider in 2019.

Under the Boosting the Local Care Workforce Program, eligible service providers could apply for Transition Assistance Funding valued at up to $20,000 (excluding GST) to purchase tailored professional services, including business advice, to grow their businesses and workforce capability.
